It's a quick and easy process that looks at the income, asset and debt info you enter into the system and reviews a preliminary credit history. After submitting your information, our system will give you an answer on screen in less than 60-seconds! (If your information is incomplete or there are issues that do not allow our online system to give you an immediate answer, you will hear from one of our representatives within 24-hours to clarify and discuss your submission.)

A pre-qualification is not a mortgage approval. Once you're ready to apply for your loan, we'll document and verify the information you've provided and underwrite your loan. At that point you'll be issued an actual "loan commitment".
